You have 30 days from the day of your purchase to contact us to request a return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive your order with damaged or incorrect merchandise, we will make it right. To expedite the process, please send us photos of the merchandise and let us know in your email what problem we can remedy. For damaged or incorrect orders, you will not be charged for return shipping and we will ship you out the correct item for free.

Other returns within 30 days of purchase

We've got your back. Maybe it doesn't fit right, your dog doesn't like it, or the pants your bought don't match your favorite hair bow. Simply send us an email and let us know. We will send you information on how to make the return. The buyer will pay for the return shipping. We will issue your refund and/or send you out a new item as soon as we receive the returned item.
